What are the alternatives if I do not meet the income requirements?
We could check the possibility to raise the deposit amount or work with a guarantor. We need to decide on a case by case basis depending on the delivered documents.
How can I request a viewing?
The viewing can be requested by clicking the green button shown at the specific listing
Do I need to deliver all necessary documentation before the viewing?
This is not a must. However, the sooner we will receive all the documents the sooner we can perform our checks and assign the listing after approval.
I requested the extract from the personal records database at the municipality but this takes 5 business days, do I need to wait with delivering the other documents?
The extract is a requirement, however we do not want this to strongly delay the rental process. Therefore, in specific cases, we are fine with proof of the request and add the official extract at a later stage.
I recently switched jobs and do not yet have any salary slips, what can we do?
Although you have just started a new job the employer statement can be requested already. Instead of salary slips the mutual employment agreement suffices for us including an extract from ‘Mijn UWV’
How recent should be my employer statement?
The employer statement may not be older than one month.
