We could check the possibility to raise the deposit amount or work with a guarantor. We need to decide on a case by case basis depending on the delivered documents.
The viewing can be requested by clicking the green button shown at the specific listing
This is not a must. However, the sooner we will receive all the documents the sooner we can perform our checks and assign the listing after approval.
The extract is a requirement, however we do not want this to strongly delay the rental process. Therefore, in specific cases, we are fine with proof of the request and add the official extract at a later stage.
Although you have just started a new job the employer statement can be requested already. Instead of salary slips the mutual employment agreement suffices for us including an extract from ‘Mijn UWV’
The employer statement may not be older than one month.

If the required income threshold cannot be met, we are happy to look at the possibility of assigning a potential guarantor to the lease agreement.
After signing the lease agreement we will bring you in touch with our property manager. They will reach out to you to set up an appointment for check-in
