The method to calculate your gross income differs depending on your situation.
- I am employed
In this instance your income consists of your gross salary excluding; holiday pay, bonuses or other variable allowances. The gross salary is based on the fixed hours stated in your employment contract.
Do you have a temporary employment contract? Then we kindly ask you to include an employer’s statement to your pre-registration. With this, your employer must indicate that he/she intends to extend your contract by a minimum of 6 months at the end of the term.
- I am self-employed.
If you are self employed you must divide the average net pre-tax profit over the past 2 years by 24. The outcome is your gross monthly income.
- I am retired
You can calculate your gross monthly income by adding and additional 30% to the disposable monthly income.
- I have no/insufficient income, but some willing to act as a guarantor.
Unfortunately, LIV does not undergo rentals with a guarantee from third parties. You must have enough income yourself to rent one of our homes.
You can easily request a viewing yourself by pressing the green button, right at the top of the property advertisement. Depending on the amount of applications, we select a group of candidates to view the property. If you do not receive a response or invitation, you are unfortunately not selected to come and view. We do not accept calls or emails for requesting viewings.
If you are invited, you will receive a link from us with a date and time for the viewing. Often the viewing takes place with the current tenant, it is therefore not possible to reschedule the viewing. In the unlikely event that you cannot be present at the viewing, we kindly ask you to cancel the viewing in the appointment confirmation.
Thank you for your interest in the property. When scheduling a viewing we invite a number of people. If you have not received an email within the last two weeks, then unfortunately you were not selected to view the property. Once the property has been rented out you will receive an email informing you that it is no longer available. We recommend you to create an alert on our website, to ensure you are aware of our latest listings.
When Calendly displays ‘No times available’, that means all the times slots for the viewing are fully booked. If this is the case we recommend you to create an alert on our website, to ensure you are always aware of latest listings, and can then request another viewing for a similar property.
