Just click the ‘green button’ in the property advertisement to request a viewing. We’ll send you an email with the link right away.
If you’re selected for a viewing, you’ll receive an email with the date and time. If something comes up and you can’t make it, no worries - just cancel the appointment via the link in our confirmation email.
After your viewing, keep an eye out for an email with the reservation form. Fill it out as soon as you can, and we’ll be ready to process your application as soon as we receive your form.
We’ll check your info against the RKI and Pep-sanction lists. Once everything is good to go, we’ll send you the rental agreement as quickly as we can.
You’ll receive the rental agreement for a quick digital signature, smooth and effortless!
Our property manager will contact you to set up the key transfer and check-in inspection.
