You will receive a link to complete your registration, with the OCKTO app. OCKTO is an application on your phone which allows us to safely and quickly verify your personal data. OCKTO is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) and is supervised by De Nederlandse Bank. OCKTO meets the highest security requirements and is ISO27001 certified. Through this flyer we would like to inform you about the use of OCKTO. Please read the Flyer OCKTO – LIV carefully and go through the step-by-step plan on the flyer to complete your registration. With OCKTO we can better guarantee your privacy and you are in control of the transmitted data. No one but you can understand the data stored on your phone.

In order for prospective tenants to be assigned and deemed eligible for a LIV property, we use a platform called OCKTO to ensure all personal data is collected in a safe and reliable way. OCKTO is an application that you can download on your mobile phone. OCKTO is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority and is supervised by the central bank of the Netherlands, De Nederlandsche Bank. We ensure you that OCKTO meets the highest security requirements and is ISO27001 certified.

With OCKTO we can better guarantee your privacy and you are in control of the transmitted data. No one but you has insight into to the data stored on your mobile phone.

Registration with OCKTO takes place after the allocation of the property and is mandatory in our rental process. For now, it is important to have your DigiD login details at hand. It is not possible to log in to OCKTO with the DigiD app therefore it is very important you know your username and password. Please check https://www.digid.nl/inlogmethodes/sms-controle/ to ensure your SMS verification is turned on. With this website you can log in via the big orange button and allow for verification via SMS.

With OCKTO we can check the necessary data if you are employed. If you are an entrepreneur or retired then we may need additional documentation, which cannot be requested via OCKTO.

See below for an indication as to what additional documentation is required. The additional documents can be uploaded via our housing portal. We discourage the use of email to better ensure the security of your data.

Additional documents:

Payroll
- Copy of a valid form of identification
- Copy of one payslip
- Copy of employment contract (if applicable to new job)

Entreprenuer
- Copy of a valid form of identification
- Proof of registration to the Chamber of Commerce (no older than 1 month)
- Auditor’s reports from the past two years (signed by accountant or bookkeeper)
- Income Statement (formally IB60 and IBRI)
- Copy of bank statement of business account ( no older than 1 month)
- Copy of bank card business account

Beneficiary/pensioner
- Copy of valid form of identification

Standard documents:
o A clearly legible colour copy of a valid identity card or passport
(front & back) in accordance with guidelines of the national government
o Extract from the Personal Records Database with Address History (available from the municipality where you are registered, not older than 1 month)
o Copy of bank card, for direct debit authorization
o Landlord statement or mortgage holder statement of your current home
o If your property is sold:
– Last annual statement from your mortgage lender
– Purchase agreement (sale of own home)
– Mortgagee statement (available from your mortgage lender)
o Divorce agreement (if you are divorced, due to extra income or
expenditure)

Additional documents for Salaried Employment:
o Employer's statement (not older than 1 month)
o Copy of last 3 payslips
o Copy of bank statement last 3 salary deposits
o Copy of bank card of the same account number as bank statement

Additional documents for Self-employed:
(Please note a mandatory deposit of 2 months)
o Proof of registration Chamber of Commerce (not older than 1 month)
o Auditor's reports for the past two years (signed by your accountant)
or accountant)
o Copy of last income/corporation tax assessment
o Income statement (formerly IB60 and IBRI) of the past 2 years
oCopy bank statement business account (not older than 1 month)
o Copy of bank card business account

Supplementary documents for pensioner:
o Copy of last annual statements (AOW/pension)
o Copy of bank statement last 3 deposits
o Copy of bank card of the same account number as bank statement

Do you have private assets such as savings? Then you may add 10% of this capital, divided by 12, to your gross monthly income.

When you receive spousal maintenance, you may add this to your gross monthly income.

You may not add child maintenance to your gross monthly income, and is therefore not included when calculating the monthly maximum rent.
