When finalizing a rental contract, LIV asks for 1 month’s rent as a deposit. For self-employed entrepreneurs, tenants with a foreign residential address or tenants who have been living in the Netherlands for two years or less with a residence permit, we kindly ask for a deposit of 2 or 3 months. The requested deposit may also differ depending on the documents you provide. LIV residential holds the right to deviate from the standard per situation.

With LIV residential the minimum rental period is 1 year. The minimum notice period is one calendar month.

All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with GDPR guidelines. Our website is provided with a cookie statement, disclaimer and privacy statement. When creating an account in ‘My environment’ permission is given to process supplied data.

We do not rent our properties to students, not even with a guarantee from parents. In some properties, house sharing is allowed. This is then clearly stated in the advertisement on our website.
