On foot you are within 5 minutes in the Amsterdamse Bos where you can row and run or spend a day at Spa Resort "Zuiver". For daily shopping you can go to the supermarket across the street. Shopping becomes an experience in the Gelderlandplein shopping center, Amstelveen city center or in the Beethovenstraat.
